10/11 Communication and constructs: from genes to postcards
Both genes and postcards share a common characteristic: both are modes of communication.
Genes and the genetic code communicate information from one generation to another. Postcards communicate information from one individual to another. In both instances the information is transmitted in a condensed form.
In some instances my constructs contain a further layer of communication in the form of haiku and tanka, both of which are very succinct Japanese verse forms.
